Service Delivery: We process the above Personal Data to deliver coaching services clients purchase and fulfill our contractual obligations under our coaching agreement. We will not collect additional categories of Personal Data or use your Personal Data for materially different or incompatible purposes without notifying you.

Account Setup: We use Personal Data (specifically your name, company name, email address and billing information) to establish user accounts and in order to provide access to those accounts once established.

Communication: We may contact clients via email, phone calls or SMS notifications if they opt-in to receive such updates related to their coaching service, program announcements, additional services and requests. We may also send announcement emails (e.g new offerings) but clients will have the option to opt out from those communications.

Legal Obligations: We reserve the right to disclose your information where such action is either necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request served on us; or (b) to protect and defend our rights and interests.

Security Of Your Personal Data: We take all reasonable steps, including implementing standard industry practices internally and with our vendors, to keep your personal information secure.
